Yes, Kelly is officially home! Live 95.3 was the name used starting December 2024 under previous owners. On April 14, 2026, new local owners Frequency Broadcasting, led by Bakersfield’s own Danny and Kait Hill, brought back the beloved Kelly 95.3 brand that Bakersfield knew and loved from 1984 all the way through 2015. It’s not just a rebrand, it’s a homecoming!
