Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Under California law (CCPA) and other applicable laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties, including advertising and analytics partners. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
This also covers the sharing of your information with co-sponsors of our contests and promotions, which may be considered a Sale under applicable law.

Request Deletion of My Data

How We Verify Your Request
To protect your privacy, we are required to verify your identity before processing most requests. We will use information we already have about you where possible; however, we may need to ask for additional details. We may also use a third-party identity verification service.
If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request in whole or in part. You will be notified if this is the case.
Appealing a Decision
If we deny your request and you would like to appeal our decision, please email us at dataprivacy@frequencybroadcasting.com with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Text Message Policy
KELLY 95.3 FM only contacts listeners via text message if they have won a contest or promotion from the station. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. If you receive a winner notification text and wish to opt out of any further communications, simply reply STOP to that message. Mobile information and opt-in data will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
